This one day tour takes you to the top two attractions in Udon Thani.  We rise early to get you to the Red Lotus Lake for a 90 minute sunrise  boat ride that takes you to the very heart of this majestic lake.  Then we travel to the near by Ban Chiang UNESCO Heritage site - a 6,000 year old Neolithic/Bronze Age settlement - visiting both the excellent museum and the excavation site.  On the way back to Nakara we will stop at Udon Thani Mellon Farm for refreshing and freshly made melon ice cream.  For some people the very best ice cream they ever tasted but do not take our word for it: go try it for yourself.
